We hear it all the time, eat more yogurt its good for you! However a new type of yogurt has hit the shelves and it is creating a buzz we can't ignore. Greek Yogurt.  Greek yogurt is high in protein, a healthy guilt free snack, and it comes in a variety of delicious fruit flavors. Another really great thing about Greek Yogurt is that its creamy enough to use as a substitute for one of our favorite but not so healthy indulgences, sour cream.  Plain non flavored Greek Yogurt is delicious on tacos, potatoes, or any other dish requiring of sour cream without all the calories and the guilt.  Picking up a few of these next time you're at the grocery store will not only guarantee better skin but it will guarantee a healthier diet. My personal favorite is Chobani Greek Yogurt in Pomegranate :)
